ArcticNet and its partners invite you to the Arctic Change international Arctic Change 2020 (AC2020) virtual conference held from 7-10 December. Funded by the Networks of Centres of Excellence (NCE), ArcticNet brings together scientists and managers in the natural, human health and social sciences with their partners in Inuit organizations, northern communities, government and industry to help Canadians face the impacts and opportunities of climate change and modernization in the Arctic.

ArcticNet Annual Scientific Meetings (ASMs) are the largest Arctic & northern research gatherings held in Canada and in 2020, visibility potential will surpass any previous ASM or AC with the conference taking to the Virtual arena for the first time. Exhibitors at the virtual AC2020 conference will receive the benefits listed below for only $200 if you purchase your booth before October 9th 2020 or at the regular rate of $300 after this date:

  • Two (2) registrations to AC2020 including access to all activities and presentations
  • Your Exhibitor Booth: a dedicated page on the Conference Platform where a corporate video can be embedded, and includes areas for organisation description, contact information, social media space and the opportunity to upload files such as promotional content.
  • Capability to schedule meetings for one-on-one video conferencing with participants.
  • Valuable metrics after the event including number of visits to your booth and the number of times a user returned to your booth.
  • All Exhibitor logos will appear on a carousel banner on the Platform Landing Page for the duration of the conference.
  • Both your logo and a 50-word description will be displayed on the AC2020 website.
