ASM2015 | Program

General Program

The ASM2015 is a 5-day conference beginning with Student Day on Monday, 7 December and ending on Friday, 11 December. Note that this year, the opening session of the conference is at 13:30 on Tuesday, 8 December and the conference will finish at 12:00 on Friday, 11 December. Lunches will be provided from Monday to Thursday. The full program (agenda, abstracts, list of participants, sponsors and exhibitors) will be available for download on this website in November 2015. A summarized version of the program (agenda, sponsors and exhibitors, and floor plan) will be included in the registration package.

Side Meetings

A limited number of rooms will be available for side meetings during the conference and will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Please contact the ArcticNet secretariat for further information.
