ArcticNet invites you to Vancouver, British Columbia for its 11th Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM2015) to be held at The Westin Bayshore from 7 to 11 December 2015. Funded by the Networks of Centres of Excellence of Canada, ArcticNet brings together scientists and managers in the natural, human health and social sciences with their partners in Inuit organizations, northern communities, government and industry to help Canadians face the impacts and opportunities of climate change and modernization in the Arctic.

With over 500 participants expected, the ASM2015 will be the largest trans-sectoral Arctic research conference held in Canada this year. Each year, the meeting draws the interest of international researchers, students, policy and decision makers, representatives of government and non-government organizations, the private sector, northern stakeholders and media to discuss and debate the latest in northern research and the development of new policies and strategies for managing the Arctic of tomorrow.

The ASM2015 will provide your organization with privileged access to the Canadian Arctic research, stakeholder and decision making communities. Exhibitor booths are available in Salon DEF as well as in the foyer. Both exhibit areas are located adjacent to the plenary session room. The exhibit area in Salon DEF will also include the scientific posters. Coffee breaks and two evening receptions will be hosted in both areas, providing you with high visibility with conference delegates throughout the entire week. Exhibitors will receive a number of benefits as part of their package.

Booth Fees - $1575 including GST.
