ArcticNet and its national and international partners invite you to Quebec City, Quebec, Canada for the International Arctic Change 2017 conference to be held at the Quebec City Convention Centre from 11-15 December 2017. Funded by the Networks of Centres of Excellence of Canada, ArcticNet brings together scientists and managers in the natural, human health and social sciences with their partners in Inuit organizations, northern communities, government and industry to help Canadians face the impacts and opportunities of climate change and modernization in the Arctic.

With over 1500 participants expected to attend, Arctic Change 2017 will be one of the largest trans-sectoral international Arctic research conferences ever held in Canada this year. Arctic Change 2017 will be THE meeting place for international researchers, students, policy and decision makers, representatives of government and non-government organizations, the private sector, northern stakeholders and media to discuss the global challenges and opportunities arising from climate change and modernization in the circum-Arctic.

Arctic Change 2017 will provide your organisation with privileged access to the international Arctic research, stakeholder and decision making communities. The exhibit area (Room 400A) is located adjacent to the plenary session room and will include exhibitor booths as well as scientific posters. Coffee breaks and two evening receptions will also be hosted in the exhibit area, providing you with high visibility with conference delegates throughout the entire week. Exhibitors will receive a number of benefits as part of their package.
